From our core beliefs, If Then Solutions operates from the theory of action that:

If we support district and school leaders in building their capacity to support continuous improvement, then they will have the capacity to make courageous decisions that are necessary to drive change.

If district and school leaders make courageous decisions that are necessary to drive change, then they will create and sustain the conditions necessary for schools to fully and effectively implement a coherent, comprehensive action plan that is results-driven with measurable outcomes.

If district and school leaders fully and effectively implement a coherent, comprehensive action plan that is results-driven by data and that has measurable outcomes, then they will create systems to ensure effective teaching and learning are in place for all students as well as ensure family and community engagement to support improvement efforts.
