We support leaders in developing a deep understanding and defining a new path.
We provide job-embedded training to the district and school administrative teams , and develop systems to support the team throughout the school year. If Then Solutions follows its methodical approach to developing and supporting systemic changes focused on improved student outcomes:
1. Analyze the results of the needs analysis.
2. Conduct interviews of leaders as an additional layer of insight into their perceptions of the school and or district and its needs.
3. Utilize information gathered from the needs analysis and interviews to propose a customized plan of support for the school and district leaders, instructional coaches, and other instructional support staff,
4. Implement the agreed upon plan of support.
5. Assess the effectiveness of plan implementation using data (both quantitative and qualitative) with the building and district leaders.
6. Work collaboratively with leaders to make any necessary adjustments to the plan as the data dictates needs.
7. Repeat steps four through six as often as needed to ensure effective alignment and implementation to support the needs.
