At IF THEN SOLUTIONS, we believe strong leadership is at the foundation of strong districts and schools. It is our position that effective leaders help cultivate effective teachers which in turn leads to improved outcomes for children. For this reason, we are devoted to developing and supporting K-12 educational leaders.
Our Services:
Our company specializes in providing customized high-quality job-embedded leadership coaching and professional development support for PreK-12 educational leaders at all levels. Our coaching services are available side-by-side, virtual, or as a blended (combination of onsite and virtual) modality. We offer individual and small group coaching to our clients, as well as large group training through our Leadership Institutes customized for our clients.
